The first piece is nonsense. Propaganda. I'm not opposed to listening to opinions that are different from my own, but they should be intellectually honest in their arguments. I recognize I could be a victim of partisan perspective, but the following views are widely embraced and should be addressed and refuted as part of his argument. - He credits Biden with lowering unemployment at a time when people are coming off of government gift checks which were intended to help those who found themselves jobless due to a draconian shut down of businesses, something he endorsed, even called for.
- The bipartisan Infrastructure bill was mostly funding climate change nonsense.
- Suggesting that Biden has "restored decency and a respect for law and the Constitution to the presidency" is the giveaway. The only argument that could be possibly be made to support such a laughable claim is that he doesn't go wacky with tweets and personal insults. Otherwise the list contradicting such a ludicrous statement is beyond extensive.
The Hill has gone down hill so far it's below see level. This article is unworthy of publication anywhere other than the likes of Slate, Huff, and mainstream mendacity. Here's another one of his opinions. The second article is written by a liberal attorney/constitutional scholar, albeit an honest one. I liked the article, not just because I embrace his points, but because he provides legal basis to support his position. I'd enjoy reading a challenge to what he says using the same basis. I've read several of Turley's opinions but I've yet to see a counter to his arguments from another legal scholar.
