You may remember him as the guy Blount steamrolled for a TD in the Vikes NFCCG.
As a backup for Jenkins and McCleod he should be sufficient

Looks to be a good choice for solid, experienced depth.

On the radio now, the guys are ripping our FA strategy of signing so many old guys.
They think it is a recipe for the IR.
They said years ago, we weould go for younger guys like Brooks, Jenkins etc.
They may have a point.
I'm ok with what we've done, but we're definitely long in the tooth.

I've been thinking the same thing. I thought we wanted to get younger in certain areas....

Don't younger guys generally cost more money for comparable talent? I notice they haven't signed any old(er) running backs.

If you draft a guy--and he performs well--you get a bit of a bargain. Or, if you pick up a younger guy elsewhere (who hasn't come into his own yet) whom you believe will be able to up their game, you can get a bit of a bargain (possibly).

As long as we don't sign too many and don't give them long deals then it's not a major issue to try to get one more year out of an experienced player.
We're going to have plenty of draft picks next year anyway, so the likes of Sendejo are simply keeping us competitive for 2019.
