That was brutal reading. Could you have found a link any more broken up?
It's hard to remember that 1998 wasn't so long ago, and we were a completely different country - but not THAT different in terms of political BS. The Swamp decided to take out Gingrich because he dared challenge them, and the GOP couldn't trip over themselves fast enough to help.
Now The Swamp has/is taking out Trump, the GOP is basically letting it happen, and you're here posting about the wisdom of Gingrich, while hating Trump. I imagine in the 90's Republican voters reminisced about Goldwater, and how he shouldn't have been taken out by his own party.
And in 15 years, when our Pinochet is throwing communists out of helicopters, maybe you'll be on here posting about how moderate Trump once was. lolz

Just thought he had good points about how when you look at the big picture, it’s not about Hunter as he had no skills, it’s all about Joe. I thought that was a good point and that it’s over looked and from a common sense perspective made a lot of sense. I hate Trump the man. Hate what I interpret as a lack of character. However he had some excellent policies. I suppose if one is a true conservative, that they would have problems fiscally. If I remember correctly, you had a scathing post about him a while ago, no?

Yeah I mean, I'm not sure anything could be more obvious than this is about Joe, and further, the party. He ran the greatest campaign I've ever seen. He also wasted the biggest opportunity any Republican has had in a century. I'm done with him, I just don't have frothy-mouthed hatred of the man that you do. He had his chance, and is now in the mold of Goldwater and Gingrich. Time for the next one to come along, meaner and meaner until that person succeeds.
