Since signing Harper, plus the additions of Realmuto, Segura and McCutchen, they are the favorites to win the East and have the second highest over/under wins in the NL behind the Dodgers.
Talk about a potent lineup.
Ranking the players with over 400 at bats last year by OBPS, the Phils have some real good representation of that list. with 30 teams, if evenly distributed, there should be one per each tier of 30. The Phils are very well represented.
Rank.....Tier.....Name 16........1st......Harper 30........1st......Hoskins 42........2nd.....Realmuto 67........3rd......McCutchen 84........3rd......Segura 96........4th......Herera 105......4th......Hernandez
very impressive.
good things to happen at CBP this summer!

Lineup looks real good, plus we have some depth. Pitching will be suspect behind Nola. Arrieta needs to step it up this year and earn his check, and the bullpen should suck too. In '08 we won with our bats in the regular season, and our pitching in the postseason. I'm fine with that happening.

Just watched the press conference and after session that I taped from the other day.
The guy hit his first homerun in a Phillies uniform.
A+
, knocked it out of the park.

Apart from bringing a title to DC, yeah. We're approaching Dream Team status, hiring 2 former MVPs and a guy who could've been one. It'll be a hyped year for sure. Kapler will be on the hot seat too.
