Parks says Howie should end up having between $20-25 million in salary cap space. I won't be surprised if we see a few restructured contracts soon.

BGN talking about maybe Jalen Ramsey coming here, he would be a handy addition but will cost, looks like there will be some room to get someone of that value though.

Ramsey strikes me as unaffordable but exactly what we need - a CB to shut down one half of the field and allow the safeties to cheat slightly to the other side.

I'm sure they'll be asking a high price for him ... if they really trade him. Howie Joe puts more importance on the DL than anywhere else on the D. With the guys we have I think they'd be more likely to add a top DE if anything.

I could live with DE and DT as two of our first three picks. But I'd also like a WR, RB and CB so something is going to have to give. Giving up our third rounder for half a season of Tate has left us with a problem. |

I hate losing that third, but it shouldn't be devastating. I won't be the least bit surprised if Howie Joe doesn't pull something out of someone's hat that. I know trading Sleeves was a perfect storm, but since his return he's pretty much been on a roll. Not perfect, but there's been some pretty good moves that came out of nowhere.

Howie has earned our respect as far as I'm concerned. He'll put a good product on the field and make good picks. The most important thing for next year is health.
