Football is over and the off-season is on. The Eagles are cap strapped and need players. Howie Joe is on the clock and one of the biggest hurdles to get over is what happens with BDN.

Jags are the obvious front-runner. No way in hell the Eagles FO want to risk Foles beating us in the division next year, or even the NFC.

Maybe, but Gruden has money out the wazoo, a truck full of draft picks and he apparently has issues with Carr. Linc ... And this: So it seems Grudog likes Foles. The question is what he wants to do at QB. Carr seems to be on the outs and this apparently isn't a great draft for QBs and a rookie will need time. Time for Howie Joe to do his thing.

I guess it's all about Foles' mentality. Does he just want to start somewhere, or does he want to make another championship run? The Raiders depth chart going into 2019 is brutal. Their best offensive weapon is 33 year old Jordy Nelson. Yes they have a lot of high draft picks, and would presumably be looking for another 1st rounder in exchange for Carr, but it isn't a great fit for a guy looking to make a quick impact and playoff run.
Not to mention, who the hell wants to play in that division? 11 wins might not get you a playoff spot.
