Looking at our DEs, we need at least one of Long or Graham to sign a new deal. Long would probably be cheaper than Graham, mainly because he'd settle for a one year deal, and that could be a factor given our cap issues.
Right now we have the ageing Bennett, injured Barnett and unproven Sweat at probably the most important spot on the defence. The draft is said to be deep in DL, so a DE could be added in the first two rounds, but having a second proven veteran would be a safer bet than a rookie.

Howie's going to find a way to sign a couple of FAs, and I wouldn't be shocked if a DE is one of them. But because the DL may be the most important position on the defense, I'd be happy if he could find a way to bring one of or both of those two back too. If Long resigns, it will probably be later on and after the draft and Graham is going to see what his market value is.

One of the toughest things for me in determining what Free Agents to keep, is balancing the thought of letting the best at that position on your team to walk.
IMO, Graham Darby Ajayi Peters Hicks
are all the best at their positions on this team. Each has their caveats and challenges, but I hate throwing the best on our team away in free agency. When I go through my detailed cap analysis and free agency moves, it will be more challenging than most years.
By letting Foles go, and not signing Wentz a year early, and getting some team friendly deals in a few spots, that should help make it possible.
We'll see.

I dint think a new Wentz deal would be lower cap than this year, but I could look into it. I also think there is value in letting him play an entire year to better define his value.

The draft this year is stacked at d-line. It's likely they don't pay Graham what he would want to come back. On top of that, I bet the Chiefs are looking to pick him up and will pay for it.
