Big Eagles win on Thursday makes for a pressure free afternoon of watching NFL games on Red Zone.
watching bets, hoping for some excitement, no pressure.
And we get to simmer the hate for Dallas game, let it simmer all day, stir it occasionally, and get ready for Dallas- Saints tonight.
Gotta take some time out for the honey do list to keep the peace, but other than that, it should be a good day.
Gotta love football season.

The Lions have essentially spotted the Chiefs 2 touchdowns, and still have a shot to win. Unbelievable.

True.
As someone who had DET +7.5 straight up and KC -1 on a teaser leg, it was a good outcome for me.

A teaser bet is a bet where you need two or more teams to cover an adjusted spread for you to win the bet. The lines are adjusted to help compensate for the fact that two teams need to win for you to win the bet.
The one two team teaser bet I won was the Eagles and the Patriots.
The Eagles were four point dogs and the pats were seven point favorites.
For a two team teaser, you get to add six points to the spread.
So my adjusted lines were Eagles +10 and Patriots -1.
Winner winner chicken dinner!
I need NO +8.5 to go with my KC -1 for a ssecond winner.
I already did my 18 years of school except for occasional CPE seminars and my only drug is craft beer.

Interesting. Hey, if you can win money by betting on sports power to you. I went to AC when I turned 21 and quickly regretted it, and never looked back.
I hope you keep winning by betting on the birds.

Now let's not get carried away.
I've lost more than I've won, but I don't bet much.
Most years I'm +/- $300.
But I enjoy it.
Read up on NFL sports betting this year and I have a new system that is working well so far.
Fingers crossed.

It's a GREAT day of non pressure football watching! Dallass got exposed in NOLA and the Dwayne Haskins era has officially begun! The only way it could have been a better Sunday is if NY could have taken an L as well, but with this rough start to the season, I'll take what I can get.

Haskins isn't ready yet. I had the Eagles at 2-2 now and DAL at 3-1, so we're on track with my 11-5 prediction, although I had us beating DET and losing to GB. In hindsight, doing it the way we did is better for tiebreaking reasons. I'll take it.

The Rams were exposed as were the Cowboys. Was as good of a day as it could have been for the Eagles.
Now, if they can get fully on-track, the NFC is wide open....

That was a disappointing game, but hardly a surprise. Sean Payton simply owns us. We've only beaten him once the last five times we played. The officiating was a disgrace, but it was disgraceful both ways.

Have to love that Dallas loss last night, eh? Nah - haven't dabbled in NFL wagering in a few seasons. Problem is, same sites offer blackjack and I gamble away my NFL winnings at the table. A man has to learn his limitations. Things are going well - hope the same is true for you! Red and I are buying up the southwest corner of Lancaster, soon we'll tear down the houses and build hotels and collect $200 every time we pass "Go." If you ever get up this way, give me a shout and I'll give you a tour of the empire. Dallas loss was sweet - only one game back! And we have an easy opponent next week while they have a tough one. Systemic weaknesses abound on this team, but . . . hope springs eternal. Maybe this time next week we'll be tie with "America's Team." (cough, choke . . . )
