Rookies have been signing a lot earlier since the NFL introduced fixed slots and did away with the negotiations which caused the hold outs.

I think that teams have the option of a fifth year for all first round choices, so Dillard is going nowhere soon.

Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.
