Been real busy lately and I just took a quick glance at the players that could there at # 25 when we pick in round one.
I looked at one of the NFL.com drafts and Draftek's mock, and the NFL.com prospect rankings to take a look at who could be available at 25 by looking at those who went or were ranked 21-32 from these three sources. The ( ) number is the Draftek mock, the [ ] is NFL.com mock and the / / is the NFL.com prospect ranking. I only list those instances where they were rated or mocked 21-32. I have not researched any of these yet. Just trying to get a feel for what positions match our drafting slot.
WR -5 Metcalf (21) Harry (22) Butler (26), [32] Campbell [22], /24/ Brown /26/
CB -4 Murphy (23), [21] Williams (28), [31] Baker [23] Love /25/
DT -3 Wilkins (25), /22/ Lawrence [26] Tillery /29/
OG/OC -3 Ford [29] Bradberry [29], /23/ McCoy /31/
ILB-2 Wilson (27) Bush /30/
TE-2 Hockenson (24) Fant (32), [27]
S-2 Thompson (31) Abram [30]
OT-2 Dillard (29) Risner /28/
QB-1 Lock /32/
DE-1 Ferrel [24], /21/
RB-1 Jacobs (30), [25]
OLB-1 Ferguson /27/
Looks like it will be DL or OL.
Would they dare dare dip their toe in the WR pool? A safety?
Has anyone looked at any of these?
who do you want?

Purely by position, since I don't know how well any of the above will fit our systems, I'd lean towards getting a third DT or youth at DE. Most other positions are in play for round two.
We've enough CBs and just need a couple to establish themselves. We're set at G and TE whilst our need at QB is for a veteran to compete with Sudfield.

Think Eagles take a QB late if there's someone they like, Sudfeld could be seeing some interest in coming seasons & may want to test himself elsewhere if he doesnt see much playing time behind Wentz.

Draft d-line or LB. I don't want them to draft a QB at all. If they use the 1st rounder on a WR, someone should get shot.
