I will always take a win but barely beating a bad Browns team does not fill me with optimism for the rest of the season.
Instead of focusing on the negative, I will point out a couple of positives.
1. Hurts did not have a turnover. Hurts has really regressed when it comes to protecting the football. Hopefully this is the beginning of a several game streak where he does not offer up any turnovers.
2. The young secondary is showing signs of promise. I know that Watson and the Browns are not exactly offensive juggernauts but the secondary did a job yesterday. The defense as a whole did a good job. Let's see if this continues over the next few weeks. If the Eagles are anywhere close to a good team, they should take 2 of the next 3 games.

A win is a win. Winning ugly is better than losing pretty. Sirianni isn't doing himself any favors right now with how he acted after the game.
