Just signed him. I can't wait for Sirianni to give him 6 carries a game.
Seriously though this is a nice signing.

None of us know for sure but I think Moore will call the plays. He did use Elliot in Dallas and Ekeler in SD/LA so I am hoping that Barkley will see 20+/- touches (Runs & Receptions) per game.

If he gets 20+ touches a game we'll be back in the Super Bowl. So in other words, we'll go 10-7 next year and lose in the 1st round to the Packers.

Overall not psyched about it, but I’m ok with it.
There’s a stat I heard in passing that says any back with over 1,300 touches has a real slim chance of getting 1,000 yards rushing after that point.
SB says the right things.
The question I want answered is why didn’t we throw to the RB. Swift is one of the best backs at catching the ball out of the backfield. We have extremely mobile OL who could block down field with the best of them. My fear is that it was a QB deficiency and to utilize SB to full potential, our QB needs to be comfortable and skilled at doing that.

I chalk up any issues Hurts had last year to our god-awful OC, Brian Johnson. He truly was terrible, and it rubbed off on Hurts. Don't take my word for it - he's so completely and utterly incompetent, the Redskins hired him to be their OC! Barkley should thrive in this offense, provided we use him. My biggest worry is replacing Kelce. When you have a solid o-line you take them for granted. Jurgens already has an injury history. Ugh.
