Maybe you've seen this. twitter.com/i/status/1737105050957132099McCaffrey calls our play from the couch. If I'm Lurie I'm calling a meeting of all coaches and showing them this. And I'm telling Sirianni he's officially on the hot seat.

It's not just him. Baldy said about the same things, and there's others. Coaches and players study film. There's no creativity in the play calling. Someone made the analogy with Chip's offense, other teams have caught up to it and it shows. Someone else said the offense is 3 or 4 plays. Have teams caught up to Shanahan's offense? Doesn't seem to matter if they have. How much of our offense is Johnson and how much is Sirianni? Yep, Lurie has to make some words.

I have no problem if certain formations and setups and down situations lead to the defense making educated guesses.
I have a major problem with a RB on tv casually guessing the exact play we're running. On a 3rd and 6 no less, when our entire playbook should be on the table. We don't know exactly what happens behind closed doors, but this is an absolute disgrace.
I'm aware that others have pointed out how predictable we are, but this is on a whole different level.

Sirianni has been very clear it's HIS offense. This is EXACTLY how they ran the offense BEFORE he turned play calling over to Steichen. I just can't understand how these guys don't see how this doesn't work and what DOES work.
SMH...
