Who among the 3 is most likely to be back on our sidelines as a part of the coaching staff?
Follow up question: Would it happen this season or next?
Saw a headline about BJ being a "top candidate" for a HC position, and I had the same reaction when I saw that headline about Gannon. Regardless, if a team/teams are interested in him, I say they can have him. Some people want to credit him with the fact that we're top 10 in scoring and total offense, but I believe that's due to the raw talent of our team. We've seen too much of the vanilla play calls and poorly timed QB runs to believe our first year OC is actually responsible for Hurts' potential MVP season.
I know Staley wanted a bigger role, but I can see him coming back to our sidelines more than Reich or McCown. Preferably this season.
Thoughts?

I don't believe Staley will be back. I get the impression he's a bit upset (rightly-so) as they kept interviewing him for higher-level jobs and always went with someone else. He has been loyal to this team for decades and he kinda got snubbed--at least I believe that's how he feels.
If the Eagles keep winning, Johnson will probably be gone. Too many openings and they love taking coaches from winning staffs.
Not sure about Reich. I think he'll do some consulting but not sure about being on the sidelines as a coach.

Very few running backs/RB coaches end up with any real high-level coaching roles. It's not hard to understand why. Besides the nature of both roles and the limited mental requirements, RB's are simply among the biggest dumbasses in the game. They average a 16 on the Wonderlic test (fullbacks at 17), the lowest average score of all positions.
Frank Gore infamously scored a 6, translating to an IQ of 71. For perspective, Forrest Gump had an IQ of 75. Yet Gore is still likely a Hall of Famer.....though I would be surprised if he ends up in a head coaching role lol.
I can't find Duce's Wonderlic test, but it's safe to assume if not for football he wouldn't be building rockets. We all love Staley for the way he played and the fact that he's been a part of the organization for a long time, and he does have real value as an RB coach. But if it's HC/OC or bust, there's no point in bringing him back.

He deserves a shot over some of these other idiots in the league...

He did throw his hat in for HC, not sure he's quite ready for that but I'd be happy to see him as an OC somewhere.

I doubt Lurie would give Staley a job as coordinator. Duce is old school, he's fire and intimidation, completely opposite to emotional intelligence. As a position coach (non-com) that may have value, but as a coordinator (officer) it goes against the Eagles' concepts.
