Who are you MOST comfortable losing to in the conference?
OBVIOUSLY, beating SF & DAL is the most ideal scenario. But being realistic, we're lucky to make it out of this 3 game stretch with 1 win. SEA would be the least impactful, but still a conference win. AND depending on their game against DAL on Thursday, could be a big deal for the tiebreaker. Regardless, we have NYG twice and AZ to polish off our conference standing if worse comes to worse.
Still, what are the vibes?π€

That gets us the #1 seed overall, assuming we sweep NYG and beat Ari.

Oh ye of little faith.
Did you not see tonight's game?
I'm ashamed of my pessimism predicting a 14-3 record before the season began. The truth is - the Eagles will win all three. They will lose to the Giants in week 18 because they will already have the #1 seed locked up and will start the practice squad.
It starts next week - a statement win against the Niners. Narrow, maybe in OT, but a win is a win.

If, so, how can you doubt them at all. I expect them to win each week at this point. No, I don't believe they'll win out but it wouldn't surprise me one bit--except, if they keep winning, I'm sure some guys will get some rest. This team is certainly special. They just win. Will they win every game? Probably not. But, until they prove otherwise, I'll expect them to keep winning. None of these teams scares me. Doesn't mean, they can't beat the Eagles, but none of them are a better team. None of them have more talent. None of them have more desire to win. As we've seen, these things matter. Let's hope it keeps mattering. Also, this team has not come close to playing as well as it can for an extended period of game time. And they still just win...

I just saw that we're 2.5 point dogs to the Niners at HOME! In fact I read it wrong at first glance, so sure was I that we'd be favored at home, and a little disappointed that we weren't giving away the standard 3 points for HFA in a basically "pick-em" game. Then I realized (yes, that's a Z, Eyrie) that I had it backwards and we are GETTTING 2.5 points at home.
That's downright disrespectful, right there.

I think it's a "revenge spread" for last year's NFCCG, where they lost Purdy early, we killed them, and they've been whining about it ever since. I'm dropping a nuclear bomb on us with the points. If it doesn't hit, fine. We're 10-1 and at home. Insane.

This game by the two places I track projected spreads should be PHI-2.0 or - 2.5.
Sure rest can shave 1-2 points.
That leaves pick em or PHI-1.
No major injuries.
PHI +3 It makes no sense. Most times such a wacky line would say bet SF heavy.
Hopefully Nick plays the underdog card. I hope our offense can ball control it and give our D a chance to not be overextended.

And to answer the original question;
Give me a win vs SF and I donβt care if you rest starters at DAL. A win here should give us the needed top seed.
Beat the Whiners!

I think the line is reflecting a lack of faith in our secondary vs. the Niners' highly rated passing attack. That makes a bit of sense to me, but still.
A lead at halftime today (for a change) would be nice.

Well the bookies were completely wrong! It should've been Eagles +23, not +3.
Terrible game.
