Good read, better football minds than mine can pull it apart. High school offense? If this is more than an opinion, who's to blame? The HC is at the head of the line, but the OC needs to see it and speak up, and the players need to take advantage of this culture and tell both of them what's happening. Sirianni has to recapture his year one humility when he gave up play-calling and give the offense over to a creative mind. They're wasting their thoroughbreds. Here

Been saying all season the coaches will be what holds this team back. Sirianni seems to have the same ego all HC seem to develop. I get it, I'm a stupid fan who thinks I know more than I probably do. However, when EVERYONE--many people who know WAY more about football than us--are saying the SAME THINGS, maybe, just maybe, they should listen. Hearing Sirianni vehemently defend HIS offense as being the same as last season is beyond ridiculous.
